About...
My mission as a doula and wellness coach is to help care for the whole mother, empower her through her birthing experience, and give her the tools and confidence she needs to be a whole and healthy mom.
I am a Certified Birth & Postpartum Madriella Doula. I am a certified SOULCORE Leader and I am completing my certification as a PIETRA FITNESS Instructor and a pre/postnatal wellness and fitness coach with the AFPA. My college education includes an Associates in Human Services, Bachelor of Anthropology, and Master of Catechetics.
I have extensive experience in human services and Church ministry. Those who work with me are usually looking for a Christian or Catholic birthing experience.
I hope to walk/journey with you from pregnancy through postpartum. Focusing on prayer and spirituality, fitness and appropriate movement, birth and labor support, postpartum support in the home, newborn care, feeding support, organization, and much more.
I am an artist and I also create breastmilk jewelry and offer belly casting. My special services include baby shower and registry planning, baptismal planning, and hosting support groups and retreats. I am based out of Brewster, NY.
